What is the office cancellation policy?

If an issue comes up whereby you need to cancel your appointment, please give the office 24 hours notice. Any appointment canceled less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled time will be billed at the full fee for the session.

How do I prepare for my first meeting with Mark?

Prior to your first meeting, we will email a form that we call a Personal Data Inventory. This PDI form helps Mark prepare for your first meeting, and to do that preparation, he will need to receive it back 2 days prior to your appointment time

What forms of payment does Mark take?

For tracking purposes, Mark prefers payment via Zelle. His Zelle account is his cell number: 805-390-7513. As an alternative, you may pay via Venmo, credit card, check or cash.
