Initial 15 minute Zoom Consultation

Initial Session for Individual Counsel-$125

Prior to our first session we will ask you to fill out a Personal Data Inventory. This PDI form helps Mark to understand the details of your counseling needs.

Initial Session for Couple or Family-$150

As in the individual sessions, we will ask all parties to fill out a Personal Data Inventory to give Mark an understanding of your needs in counseling.

Individual-$110 for a 50 Min. Session

If you require additional time beyond 50 minutes, Mark will do his best to accommodate your needs and will bill accordingly.

Couple/Family-$130 for a 50 Min. Session

The sessions for couples and families are also 50 minutes. In crisis or special situations, we can arrange a longer session as needed and will bill accordingly.

Insurance

As a biblical counselor, Mark is not licensed by the state of California to be able to file insurance claims. He is able to accept payments through a Health Savings Account. Additionally, some health care plans, like PPOs, offer reimbursement for treatment from out-of-network providers.

What forms of payment does Mark take?

For tracking purposes, Mark prefers payment via Venmo. His Venmo user name is: @Mark-Brandes-1. As an alternative, you may pay via cash or check.

When do I pay for my first session?

When you schedule your first session with Mark, he will ask that you pre-pay 50% of the fee for that first session. The amount will be based on the "Initial Individual" or "Initial Couple/Family " fees listed above. The balance would be paid after the first session. Subsequent sessions will be due at the end of the session.

How do I prepare for my first meeting with Mark?

Prior to your first meeting, we will email a form that we call a Personal Data Inventory. This PDI form helps Mark prepare for your first meeting, and to do that preparation, he will need to receive it back 2 days prior to your appointment time

What is the office cancellation policy?

If an issue comes up whereby you need to cancel your appointment, please give the office 24 hours notice. Any appointment canceled less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled time will be billed at the full fee for the session.
